Eligibility & Prerequisites: Students intending to enroll for Certified Telecom Professional-Wireless should have atleast Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Information Technology, Computer or any other Communications branch. Students in the Final and Pre-final Years of their Engineering degree or diploma courses in the above mentioned disciplines are also eligible for enrollment. The degree should be from an AICTE approved college/university. The post/designation that you may be offered in any company will vary from employer to employer. As a fresh graduate engineer, you will be normally recruited as a trainee engineer. The profiles available for you could be: Survey Engineer, RF Engineer, Transmission engineer, Switch Engineer, OMC or NOC Engineer and VAS Engineer.

We will provide hands-on, job oriented practical training to our students during this course. This will cover most job activities that a fresh graduate will carry out as an engineer in the Wireless telecom domain for e.g. site survey activity, LOS Survey activity, Drive testing, RF Planning and BTS installation & commissioning amongst others. With our certification, fresh graduate engineers will be able to provide substantiation of their own competence and skills at their new jobs. This will save the initial efforts for the hiring company, in addition to providing a good impetus to these engineers in their career progression.

We don’t provide any lodging or boarding facility at the training center. However, if you are an outstation candidate, we can provide you assistance for suitable accommodation facility on request.

Since CTP-Wireless is a certification course, on successful completion of course, you will be awarded “Certified Telecom Professional – Wireless (CTP-Wireless)” certificate by SyncRoute.

During the course of the training program there will be module wise tests conducted after completion of each and every modules of course curriculum. This will be followed by the Final exams at the end of the course which will be conducted by the Exam Cell of SyncRoute for the purpose of certification.

Based on your qualification, performance in interview and the organization, initially, you may get a salary package of Rs.96000/- to Rs.200,000/- per annum to start with. However after one or two year of experience, students can expect a substantial growth and raise in their salary packages.

The requirement in Telecom industry is more for highly skilled and experienced manpower. The current academic engineering curriculum does not offer industry readiness for Telecom sector. Hence Telecom companies prefer to hire fresh engineering graduates at a lower salary bracket to accommodate the training costs and the learning curve.  Once you gain the required experience in first one or two years, the salary growth potential is much higher in Telecom industry for deserving candidates. The remuneration of a Telecom engineer after the initial few years at least at par, if not more, with any other sector like software or IT.

The course duration is 120 hours which includes theory, application and practical aspect of wireless telecom technologies. The course fees is INR 38,600/- plus Service tax. The break-up of the same is as under:

  • Enrolment Fee: The non refundable enrolment Fee is INR 5,000/- per candidate. On payment of this admission fee, a provisional admission will be given to candidate.
  • Course Fee: The course Fee for this training program is INR 30,000/- which includes the cost of tuition.
  • Course Material: Every student has to pay INR 3,600/- towards printed course material. This will be a useful tool as Technical reference guide in future

Yes there is a installment payment facility for the students who wish to seek financial assistance for payment of our entire fees. The installment plan on offer is a below:

  • Enrolment Fee: INR 5,000/- to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Course Material : INR 3,600/- to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Installment processing fees: INR 2,000/- to be paid at the time of admission.
  • Course Fees in installment:
    • 1st Installment : INR 10,000/-  at the time of admission
    • 2nd Installment : INR  20,000/- after one month from the start date of the program.

All above mentioned fees will be subject to Service tax @10.3% payable extra at actuals.

The opportunities for female graduate engineers in Telecom are plentiful - these include jobs in planning, design, I&C, PM, O&M and NOC functions for RAN, Switch, IN & VAS, Transmission amongst other areas of engineering interests. In India, currently the jobs with intensive field activity e.g. RF Site Surveys, RF Drive Test, RF Optimisation, BTS I&C are currently male dominated but that need not be so.
